Lucky Chair & Alts – PlantPets Policy
We would like to make the PlantPets policy regarding alts and the Lucky Chair very clear.
Alts are allowed at the PlantPets Lucky Chair.
There is no reliable or appropriate way for PlantPets to determine which avatars belong to the same person, and we will not investigate, speculate about, or police people's alleged alt accounts. The Lucky Chair is open to all avatars, and everyone has the same right to participate.
Please also remember that Lucky Chair prizes, boosters and missions are non-transferable. Whatever an avatar wins must be used by that avatar.
What is not acceptable is accusing other residents of using alts, calling them cheaters or griefers on that basis, harassing them, or creating hostility and drama in the PlantPets groups or Main Store. If you have a genuine concern about someone's behaviour, please contact PlantPets management privately rather than confronting or publicly accusing them.
Bringing alts to the Lucky Chair is not against PlantPets rules. Harassing people over suspected alts is.
From now on, residents who create hostility, harass others, or stir up drama over alleged alt accounts may be banned from the PlantPets region without prior warning. We want PlantPets to remain a friendly and welcoming community, and behaviour that makes other residents feel unwelcome will not be tolerated.
