dejaPi PlantPets

1. Is not responsible for any real or imaginary damage or loss caused by the use of plantpets.
2. May stop delivering plantpets and/or plantpet babies (i.e. seeds) at any time in the future and is not responsible for any real or imaginary damage or loss that may be caused by that.
3. Has the right to make changes in the status of each plantpet and in the plantpets breeding scheme.
4. Has the right to keep database records outside Second Life which include:
   
   • The name and the UUID of each avatar that owns a plantpet seed or a plantpet.
   • The unique id number of each plantpet, its coordinates in SL and who its owner is.
   • The plantpet points accumulated by an avatar.
5. Has the right to make the plantpet points accumulated by an avatar publicly available.
6. Is not responsible for the the plantpet products sold by plantpet breeders and affiliates.
7. Has the right to change the dejaPi PlantPets Terms and Conditions at any time in the future.
